Our franchise model allows independent business owners to operate a recruitment branch under the Ashwazep brand. Each branch operates independently while utilizing our centralized software and HQ support for placing candidates.

Candidates have access to a dedicated Self-Service Portal. They can log in securely using their Email and OTP (no password required) to visually track their application status, from onboarding to final placement.

Depending on the job profile and employer, benefits typically include free food, free accommodation, free transportation, and medical insurance, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.

The general age limit is 21 to 40 years. Both ECR (Emigration Check Required) and ECNR (Emigration Check Not Required) passport holders may apply.
